The YMCA of Florida's First Coast serves as a resource to over 20 YMCA locations in Duval, Nassau, Baker and St. John's counties.

The association offices, located in the Flagler Center at 12735 Gran Bay Parkway, are home to all leadership staff including President/CEO Paul McEntire, the Resource Development, Community Development, Asset Management, Marketing & Communications, Risk Management, Human Resources, Accounting, Membership, Information Technology and Sports Development offices.
