Baby and Pregnancy Programs

For a healthier baby: a new bundle of options for you and your new bundle of joy.

Beginning June 1, we are welcoming a new bundle of savings and program offerings for expecting moms, dads, and families with newborns and toddlers.

Because babies have a greater chance of having a healthier future when their parents are dedicated to a healthier lifestyle, the time and attention that you invest now will help your baby learn, grow and thrive.

For A Better Us

Serving families has always been at the heart of the Y. So, in addition to fitness facilities and educational programs to promote healthier decisions, we also offer a place where families can find respite from social, economic and educational challenges, and learn how to overcome them. We have a fundamental desire to provide opportunities for every family to build stronger bonds, achieve greater work/life balance and become more engaged with their communities. The YMCA offers financial assistance to qualified applicants.

*Some Healthy Living Center classes offered by Baptist Health are fee-based. Visit for more information.
