We are excited to share a new program to help you shed unwanted pounds. The YMCA’s 12-week Weight Loss Program has been developed to assist those seeking a healthier weight to develop behaviors that support their weight loss goals.

Program Overview

  1. 12 weeks / 1 session a week
  2. Must be 18 years or older
  3. Provides tools, knowledge and group support to help you develop a nutrition and exercise plan that works for you
