We are excited to share a new program to help you shed unwanted pounds. The YMCA’s 12-week Weight Loss Program has been developed to assist those seeking a healthier weight to develop behaviors that support their weight loss goals.
- 12 weeks / 1 session a week
- Must be 18 years or older
- Provides tools, knowledge and group support to help you develop a nutrition and exercise plan that works for you

Our next session of classes will begin the week of June 4, 2018. Class registration will be open on May 1, 2018.
